The Power Acoustik EF-653 speakers are designed for drivers seeking to enhance the sound in their vehicle without replacing their entire audio system. Built into a 6.5-inch full-range coaxial format, these 3-way car speakers deliver clear highs, controlled mids, and efficient lows—all within a rugged, installation-ready frame designed for factory speaker replacements or aftermarket upgrades.

Each speaker features a carbon fiber injection-molded polypropylene cone, supported by a treated woven cloth surround. This combination provides responsive movement with increased durability—ideal for the fluctuating temperatures and vibrations inside car doors. The aluminum voice coil ensures thermal stability while maintaining output clarity across extended listening sessions.

To handle the full spectrum of sound, the EF-653 utilizes a 1-inch balanced dome Mylar tweeter, paired with a ½-inch super dome tweeter, to reproduce treble detail without distortion. These drivers are integrated into a built-in crossover network, which separates frequencies so that each component handles only what it’s designed for, resulting in better staging and minimal signal overlap.
