One of our top priorities is to get your merchandise to you safely and cost effectively. That’s why we provide Free Shipping on all of our products. Orders takes 2-3 business days to handle and ship, however for exception some Epsilon and Crux units may takes 5 days to be shipped as these are pre-order items. US orders are generally shipped with FED-Ex, but may also be shipped with USPS or regional carriers. All orders are protected from damage with shipping insurance and all new products include Manufacturer warranty.

Note: There are exceptional brands that may require additional 3-4 days to process after receipt of orders.

 

Order Tracking :

Once an order has been shipped, we send our customers an email with the tracking number for the order. Click on the tracking link in the email to follow the location of the package on the carrier's website. Signature Required :

Due to the valuable contents of some shipments, Caraudio Closeout may require a signature upon delivery. Such guidelines will not be overruled upon the customer's request. Please understand that this is a security measure taken by our Company to ensure the safe delivery of each package and guarantee excellent service. Many of our third-party shipping carriers and payment companies require signatures upon delivery to protect against fraud and theft.
